What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A homeowner needing exterior rendering and another wanting a small box room skimmed both used Elite Rendering & Plastering Ltd. The rendering job was carried out to a professional standard, though the customer noted the downpipe and satellite cable were not reconnected afterwards.
The second job was arranged after a price was agreed from a photo of the room, with the walls and ceiling skimmed within a couple of days and the result described as a well-executed piece of work. The business is based on North Bridge Street in Monkwearmouth, Sunderland, operating weekdays from eight until five, with an earlier start on Thursdays, and remaining closed at weekends.

We were looking for a plasterer to skim walls and ceiling in a small box room. After posting the job on Rated People and sending a short video of the room, we agreed a price and the job was dine just a couple of days later. Super service and job well done!
Did a very professional job of external rendering, but failed to turn up to reconnect down pipe and satellite cable.
