DO NOT RECOMMEND. Aqeel has been incredibly slow and unresponsive. I had to email and follow up multiple times just to arrange a visit. After the visit, I was promised a quote the next morning, however, despite sending three reminder emails and waiting several weeks, I still have not received a quote or any reply.

Really terrible service. Not even sure this is a real company. I called to book an appointment and told them it was urgent. I was given a date, called and messaged two days before to confirm, was told someone would get back to me, no one did. Messaged the day before and was told they couldn’t do it anymore. They gave me a new appointment for the following week. Called twice again the following week, both times was told by the receptionist that someone would get back to me to confirm, no one did. No one turned up. Massive waste of time. Extremely unprofessional.

Sadly a terrible experience. Whilst Aqeel and his team initially arrived promptly to do some initial work they failed to show up on the agreed date to followup - and didn't respond to any communications. When they finally decided to show up some questions were raised (by his team) about the quality of work done which, in the following days proved to be an issue. An assurance was given that they would rectify this but excuse after excuse (he was sick, he was away, he broke his wrists) was finally followed by silence. Avoid like the plague

The team arrived on time and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to assess the areas that needed attention and provided a detailed plan before starting. The quality of the plastering is outstanding; the walls are now smooth and perfectly finished, enhancing the overall aesthetic of my space. Cleanup was also a breeze; the team left the area tidy, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the plastering has made a significant difference in my home, and I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a hassle-free experience. Used them twice and both times excellent work and finished the job either on time or ahead of schedule. Any small issues after completion were always addressed and resolved. Would recommend

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a builder. After paying a significant sum for plastering, painting, electrics, and plumbing, the work barely started before being completely abandoned. Since December, there has been no substantial progress, and for weeks, my messages were ignored. Getting hold of Aqeel was nearly impossible, and only after relentless chasing did I discover the truth - subcontractors had walked off the job because they weren’t paid by the company and refused to continue, while the company kept my money. The plastering was left incomplete despite repeated assurances it would be finished. Painting was done very badly with missing areas, visible streaks, cracking, inconsistent coverage and crucial areas neglected. The electrical work was abandoned entirely after the electrician refused to continue due to non-payment by Aqeel, with wires left hanging. The plumbing was even worse - not only was it left unfinished with errors, but they also cut my gas pipe without permission, causing costly repairs. I had to find a new plumber to complete the radiators and fix the gas pipes. They also promised to remove the rubbish left on-site but never did, forcing me to pay for professional waste removal. The site was left in a disgraceful state, littered with debris, rotten food, cigarette butts, and filth. This filled 30 refuse bags which I had to remove at my own cost as they failed to turn up to remove this! Excuse after excuse was given - wrong addresses, injuries, illnesses, and family emergencies, almost weekly for three months. I spent countless hours waiting for them to show up, more often they never did or were late. This is not just incompetence, it is fraud! We are taking legal action and reporting them to the authorities. Do not trust this company. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then disappear. Stay away!

We had Aqueel and his team in to help us with a small plastering job. The work was done to a good standard, at the agreed time and on budget, no messing about. We are already planning to have them do more work for us. Would recommend!
