What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Home projects involving wallpaper and fabric in Stapleford regularly involve orders that either arrive promptly or fail to appear at all. A number of customers describe Jayne and Andrew as especially helpful, praising their willingness to source materials, answer questions and resolve queries by phone, with one fabric order reportedly arriving the following day. That personal assistance is a point that comes up often, and some buyers say they would pass the business on to friends. A different pattern emerges around fulfilment, where reviewers frequently point to orders placed on a short delivery promise that had still not arrived weeks later.

Phone calls that rang out, emails that went unanswered and curt replies blaming the manufacturer rather than apologising are all described. A returned wallpaper unsuitable for a bedroom became a dispute over whether the roll arrived damaged, with the customer citing courier images that they say show otherwise. Another buyer, still waiting after a fortnight, recovered the payment through their provider. Knowledgeable help from named staff sits alongside unreliable delivery and communication when something goes wrong.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago and despite it saying 3-4 days delivery I am STILL waiting! I have tried calling them regularly on a day to day basis but it always rings out, and their lack of response via email is shocking too. Luckily I paid via pay pal and working with them to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before using this company. I ordered wallpaper, unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for the bedroom so returned it, the company claimed it arrived damaged, yet the photos of them accepting the return which I’ve been provided with from EVRI show otherwise, DO NOT not use this company!!!

I've just spoken to Jayne on the phone at Fashion Wallpapers who was wonderfully helpful - she really went out of her way. I have every confidence in this business which a friend recommended to me.

It's been nearly 3 weeks since ordering on a 3-4 day order. I followed up today and received a blunt, miserable email full of excuses on behalf of the manufacturer (and not a sorry for the inconvenience in sight). This company will fail to deliver your products and basic levels of customer service it would seem?!
