It was a very seamless ordering process with very straighrforward instructions on measuring your space accurately. Install was also relatively simple. The customer service was also quick to respond to one of my questions and offered a few different solutions.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. The ease of the website, huge selection to choose from, to service and delivery being efficient and fast. From placing a order one evening it was on my NZ doorstep 4 days later. Although dubious when I first saw the small size parcel that arrived, that maybe I hadn't provided correction measurements, everything worked out brilliantly with little to no wastage. The final effect better than I could have ever imagined and my spare room now full of colour and life and my favorite room in the house. Thank you Hovia

Great remote support, high quality paper, timely delivery...no matter where you are. made 2 purchases over past 6 months from Dubai (UAE) to my greatest satisfaction. I am far from being an expert in wallpaper installation but with a risible investment for tools it turned out to be a 5 hours-family-leisure-time (4m x 3m poster = 4 panels).
