I B Hyde & Son Plastering Ltd

I have recommended Mr Hyde to a very dear freind of mine regarding Lime plasterwork. The work he did was to an exceptional standard and this bepth of knowledge is second to none. My very old freind is not on the intranet but she couldn't thank me enough for the recommendation and was extremely happy with the finished work. I felt compelled to pass this on in a review .

The quality and professionalism of this company is second to none. Andy is very talented at his trade and is also the nicest tradesman I have ever met. He has plastered two of our inside walls and did a fantastic job. This is our first period property so didn’t know a lot about how to look after it. Andy did a free survey and gave me lots of free advice about how to care for old buildings. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Andy was great! Did a fab job, easy to communicate with when arranging quote/dates, really good price, and the result looks amazing! Thanks for helping out with the kitchen units too! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Andy Hyde did outstanding work for us, repairing two lath and plaster ceilings and one regular plasterboard ceiling. He was hard working, reliable, thoughtful and extremely knowledgable about the challenges of caring for old buildings. We learned a lot, we enjoyed having him in our home, the finished product is excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others

Andy overboarded and plastered my ceilings to cover up my old-fashioned artex. I am delighted with the finish which is very smooth and looks amazing; it really has transformed the rooms. From quote through to completion of the work Andy was friendly and professional and always happy to explain things, answer questions, and share his knowledge and experience (which is extensive). I would have no hesitation in recommending I B Hyde & Son Ltd and I look forward to engaging Andy again for future projects.

Absolute Perfection! A plastering masterclass in my own kitchen. With prompt customer service and consideration- Andy Hyde provides the perfect combination of quality workmanship and courteous respectfulness. An individual that I immediately trusted to provide me with a professional job at a competitive price. This affable man has consummate ability and extensive knowledge of the varied techniques of his trade, predicated upon many years of experience. I thoroughly recommend Andy Hyde for your plastering, re-boarding, rendering and skimming work- you simply won’t find a better craftsman.

We had artex ceilings - Andrew recommended boarding which was the best idea because there was asbestos in the artex. Andrew did a fantastic job on the ceilings and coving, we are really pleased with the quality of the work.
