I Love Wallpaper is a large wallpaper and paint showroom near Newcastle, with reviewers praising staff including Georgia, Sophie and Caitlyn for patiently laying out rolls, offering samples and helping indecisive shoppers settle on a design, alongside free on-site parking and a wide range spanning budget to higher-end papers. The website and sample-ordering service are also mentioned favourably by online customers. However, a strongly recurring theme concerns the shop's returns policy: multiple reviewers describe being refused a cash refund on unused, still-sealed rolls once just a few days past the 28-day window, offered only a credit note or nothing at all. As a wallpaper and paint shop in Newcastle upon Tyne, I Love Wallpaper holds a 4.1-star average from 249 Google reviews.

By far best choice of paper and paint ,I have recommended to family , friends and face book friends ,the two ladies in the shop were so helpful and friendly , thank you I love my paper and paint and will be back soon for more x
Good selection of paper's at reasonable prices, not as big as the old store next door but still worth a look.
Went a little over the 28 day return policy and they were far from any help. Even though they still are selling that batch on the shop floor still they wouldn't take it back. Shame as I started with the 1 room and I still have 4 more rooms in the house to decorate but they have lost the custom from there due to that. I could understand if that batch was now sold out but it's literally still on sale. I'll be going elsewhere
Amazing range of wallpaper arranging from £ to ££! All staff very friendly. Great customer service from Georgia such a pleasant young lady. Well done. Didn’t leave disappointed I shall return.
Customer Service absolutely disgraceful.... Bought 4 rolls of wallpaper totalling £144 and only used 3 of them in the hope they would refund us for the unused one. We were a couple of days over the 28 day return period and they refused. Even a credit note so we could buy something else would have been OK. Wouldn't even entertain us with that... Flatly refused.... Never ever buy anything from them again. Avoid
Do not shop in this store! They are thieves and criminals. Bought two rolls of wallpaper advertised as "was £22.99 now £10" Charged £12 a roll and when queried the old woman with glasses had a snotty attitude of its "human error" and refused to refund the £4 we were overcharged, telling us the company has looked into it and as long as they change the price there and then it's fine. This is simply incorrect and a breach of the consumer protection act 1987. 2.1.1. The Consumer Protection Act 1987 makes it an offence to indicate a price for goods or services which is lower than the one that actually applies. You should not therefore show one price in an advertisement, website, window display, shelf marking or on the item itself, and then charge a higher price at the point of sale or checkout. In addition, specific regulations apply to particular types of sales and ways of selling—eg retail sales (including the Internet), sales of food and drink which involve service, distance contracts, resale of tickets, package travel, etc. Your local Trading Standards Services or Home Authority will be pleased to advise you on the current regulations that are relevant to your business and of any good practice guidance which is also relevant. If you’ve already bought it If the shop sold you an item at a lower cost than they meant to, you don’t have to give it back - they’re only legally entitled to ask you for more money if you’d talked about the price (eg £100) and they ended up charging you much less instead (eg £10). If you realise you’ve paid more for an item than it was advertised for at the time, ask for the shop to refund the difference between what you paid and what was advertised. Keep any evidence of the mistake, if you can - for example, you could take a photo of the advert in the shop window. Unfortunately we do not have any photos of the price as it was advertised, I wish we had the foresight to realise we were going to be robbed, but you don't expect it. Never shop in this store!.
