IC Decor

IC Decor is a painters and decorators business with 25 years of experience in the decorating industry. It serves both domestic and commercial clients. Its service area covers the North West, including Bolton and surrounding areas such as Bromley Cross, Egerton, and Harwood, as well as Greater Manchester, including Bury, Bolton, Whitefield, Prestwich, Tottington, Walshaw, Edgworth, Ramsbottom, Turton, Harwood, Bromley Cross, Radcliffe, Egerton, Lostock, and Heaton.

Commercial clients include schools, councils, and businesses. For commercial clients, flexible hours are offered, with services provided before or after business hours. The owner is named Ian. Dustless sanding is used for surface preparation. Branded products and tools such as Dulux, Johnstone's, Farrow & Ball, and Crown are used. Free, no-obligation estimates are offered. Services include interior decorating, exterior painting, wallpapering, and spraying.

Ian, trading as IC Decor, is repeatedly praised for the standard of finish he achieves on interior decorating work across Bolton. Reviewers describe whole-house repaints, lounges, halls, staircases, landings and bedrooms, with several mentioning external wall painting and wallpaper installation. A theme running through the feedback is his willingness to take on jobs at short notice, including a complete repaint ahead of a property sale and redecoration after damp proofing. Customers frequently highlight his reliability and punctuality, noting that he arrives when promised and works to tight timescales without cutting corners.

Tidiness is a recurring theme: floors and surfaces are left clean, and he is described as courteous towards families and pets. Communication is another strength, with clients saying they were kept informed throughout so they knew exactly what was happening. Quoted prices are called fair and transparent, and the advice he gives on preparation and materials is valued. Named consistently as friendly and professional, Ian is the person customers return to for repeat work and recommend to relatives and friends. The transformation of rooms, whether a single lounge or an entire house, is the result that draws the most comment, alongside the neat finish on walls and woodwork.
