Outstanding customer service from Michelle and the other staff I met. Michelle advised me against a paper I was choosing and found me a much better alternative. I placed the order, paid in full but sadly the next day she rang to say delivery wouldn’t be until the end of Sept and she knew I needed it within 2 weeks. She kindly offered a refund and went above and beyond to find me an alternative. Can’t thank her enough.
Love my paper. Dis one wall then decided to do the chimney breast same. Love it the paper is such good quality and goes on very easily. Would get all my paper now from Paul xx
