O'Neill's Decorating Centre Farnworth

Always go here to choose paper. So many to choose from & they have sampl book to veiw. Also lovely mirrors & ornaments

Very friendly and helpful. Got my hall and stairs paper from Farnworth and now looking for lounge/ dining room. We will be back to order when ready and have some paint mixed to match

I visited here with my husband recently to choose the Frenchic paint. The lady who helped us choose the correct shade was so knowledgable, friendly and patient. She picked up on the fact my husband has cognitive decline and she was amazing, patiently repeating herself each time he asked the same questions. I returned for my next decorating project for wallpaper. This is definitely my go to for decor. The prices and choice is amazing 😃

Excellent customer service from the team at O’Neils Decorating Centre. The staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their knowledge of products, accessories, measurements, and the correct quantities needed was outstanding. It’s clear the team are very experienced in the decorating industry and really know their products well. They took the time to give helpful advice and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for both quality products and expert customer service.

Hello The samples i took away are now on my wall ( blu tac) being assessed as to their suitability against my furniture: one is a winner and i will definitely be calling in to purchase for my bedroom once i have the height of the walls. Another has been relegated and im currently having a semi final with two others and im not yet quite sure which will win . There are supporters on both sides all with perfectly good reasons for their choice. Think i might just release a flying tackle that no one has expected and get the one i like regardless . Can i take this opportunity to say how much i enjoyed shopping in Farnworth i really felt that you both were invested in my choice and tried and succeeded in finding papers i love , thank you for your insights and advice . I’ll see you soon . Sheila

Great place for all your decorating needs. Wallpaper, paint and mirrors, lamps and cushions.

The staff here are extremely rude and disrespectful, especially the older woman. I bought wallpaper worth £370 from this shop a week ago. When I came back because one roll was short, the staff’s attitude was very bad and uncooperative. Even when you are simply browsing to choose wallpaper, they keep coming over and checking on you repeatedly, making you feel as if you are there to steal. They also watch you in a very uncomfortable way, even though there are cameras installed and they could monitor from there instead.Their return policy is very poor, and the way they treat customers is unacceptable — as if they are talking to animals rather than human beings.
