Orwell Professional Decorators Ltd

Orwell Professional Decorators Ltd is a family business that has been in business for over 20 years. The company is based in Ipswich, Suffolk, and operates within a 30 mile range of Ipswich. It specialises in interior and exterior painting and decorating. The company covers historic, period and listed buildings and has extensive experience working with lime wash. It serves residential clients, including new build work.

It also serves commercial clients including offices, local authorities, new build work, landlord services, insurance work and social housing. The company offers landlord services including end of tenancy painting and decorating. It carries out insurance related painting and decorating work. All staff are fully trained. All work completed by OPD comes guaranteed and is fully insured. No charge is made for quotations and site visits are included. The company's main services are painting and decorating.

Householders handing over a whole property describe a complete repaint from top to bottom, carried out over seven days. Rob and Craig are named for being respectful, courteous and diligent throughout, and the painting itself is described as immaculate with close attention to detail.

Repairing water damage to a kitchen ceiling and touching up a mark in a hallway were handled without fuss, leaving no visible trace of the original problem, and newly plastered bathroom walls, ceilings, skirting boards and doors were finished to the same standard. Geoff is praised alongside his sons for a professional manner, a thorough and detailed quote, and strong communication, with a paint chart left behind for the customer.
