PaintWell Norwich

PaintWell Norwich is a store on Norwich City Trading Estate. It is part of the PaintWell store network, which is operated by C. Brewer & Sons Ltd. The store supplies wallpaper and specialist finishes.

Trade buyers and DIY customers working on home renovation projects describe a counter team whose product knowledge consistently stands out, with Carl and Graham named for remembering paint types, matching colours and resolving problems that other outlets could not. Several shoppers describe a member of staff scanning a drawer or preparing a tester to achieve an exact match for a painted kitchen, and it is often noted that goods are carried out to the van unprompted. The selection of paints, wallpaper and decorating materials is called extensive and well laid out, which trade customers value when sourcing for jobs.

Friendliness runs through the accounts, from practical advice for homeowners to help sourcing supplies for a charity, and the team's humour is credited with getting tradespeople off to a good start. Prices are described as fair, and long-standing customers say they keep coming back rather than going elsewhere. Approachability extends to less experienced visitors, with one DIYer feeling welcomed while choosing equipment, and staff are said to go beyond basic requirements to accommodate awkward requests. Interior decorating supplies and colour matching for kitchens and renovations are the tasks most often linked with the branch.
