Richard from Paton Painting came to the rescue after we were let down by an absolute cowboy who left a painting job half-finished and in a terrible state in our family home. Thankfully Richard managed to rearrange his schedule and fit us in at very short notice, which we appreciated more than words can say. From the moment he arrived, Richard was professional, reliable, and incredibly attentive to detail. He worked quickly but with real precision, and the quality of his workmanship is immaculate. He was tidy and clean throughout the entire process, respectful of our home, and clearly takes great pride in doing things properly. Not only did he fix the mess left behind by the previous painter, but he went above and beyond to ensure the final result was flawless, all at a very reasonable price. We are absolutely delighted with the work he has done and feel genuinely relieved to have finally found someone we can trust. We will definitely be having him back for future jobs. Richard truly saved the day.
