Cardiff homeowners describe PRD Cardiff Plastering Services as a team that handles plastering, rendering, damp proofing and painting and decorating with considerable skill. Rob is named repeatedly, often alongside Jordan, Matthew, Ben or Christian, and reviewers consistently highlight his friendliness, politeness and willingness to fit in smaller jobs at short notice. Customers in several reviews describe the quality of finish as high, mentioning neat skimming, attention to detail and a tidy site, with houses kept clean while work was under way.

Damp proofing projects in Rhiwbina are recounted in detail, including the use of a thermal camera to identify problem areas before hacking back to brick, applying a cement coat and finishing with render and plaster. Quotes and initial surveys are described as quick, punctual and clearly explained, and the pricing is repeatedly called reasonable or competitive. Communication before, during and after the work comes up often, with one householder noting keys were left with the team and no issues arose. Reviewers also mention exterior rendering, a TV wall, a downstairs toilet and full upstairs painting, and many state they have already booked further work.
