Sean and Olly have done an amazing job of rendering and painting the outside of our property. From the first moment and throughout the project I've been really impressed with the excellent communication with Sean responding really quickly over WhatsApp. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in advising the paint to use and I feel much more confident our previous crumbly house should stand up to the sea breeze. The quote we had was fair after quite a few extortionate one's from other contractors. Lovely guys, I couldn't recommend enough.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Having everything handled by one company made the whole process incredibly convenient. They painted throughout, repaired damaged walls, replaced light fixtures, and installed new radiators, all to an exceptionally high standard. What really impressed me was how efficient they were. The team worked unbelievably quickly without ever compromising on quality, and communication was excellent throughout. Any questions or updates were dealt with promptly, making the entire experience stress-free. There were a couple of very minor areas where the paint hadn't taken properly and one or two spots looked a little patchy. I raised this with them, and to their credit they were out the very next day and fixed everything immediately, no fuss whatsoever. That level of aftercare and professionalism is rare to find. The finished result looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for decorators in Brighton & Hove, I genuinely don't think there's anyone better. Highly recommended.

Property Painters ltd don’t paint - they are a booking company for subcontractors over whom they have almost no control. I chose this contractor due to allegedly positive reviews on this and other sites - I was badly disappointed and impacted financially. It was a truly terrible experience. This Company uses subcontractors without agreement and then takes little to no responsibility for those contractors when their work is deficient. I paid for 3 coats of paint through out a regency period property. The contractor was obviously having some sort of personal or health problem as every day he left the site (unoccupied at the time) in a complete mess with materials everywhere but also energy drink cans, pain relief packaging and take away meal remains - it was truly disgusting. It was like the subcontractor was having some sort of breakdown in my property, in hindsight. He ran seriously over time and then simply left site. I gave the main contractor 3 opportunities to complete the job before my move in date. Each time was agreed and then there was no progress eventually leading to my move in date being delayed twice - as extreme in convenience and cost to me (not to mention embarrassment). On moving in I found significant problems - areas with no coat, areas with 1-2 coats, wrong colour applied, half finished areas, and then areas which were not prepared properly that had to be rectified. There has been bubbling peeling etc - just entirely amateur and frankly dishonest work. They also left tower equipment for weeks unused (erected) taking up lots of space and impeding other contractors for weeks. Only finally removing days before I moved in. Some things were obviously not complete and needed to be done before move in and the main contractor kept failing to organise a sub-contractor to complete the work. Interestingly property painters are just work bookers - they have no directly employed skilled employees who can actually do the work they tender for which is not disclosed. I organised some rectification myself at huge expense on a weekend in order to move in effectively my 4th move in date. After this Property Painters offered a small reduction reflecting only the most obvious reductions and initially offered rectification but then refused it. When I tried to negotiate, they sent a letter before action threatening a small claim. While I believe I had a strong case I did not want to waste time in the courts so I paid big I would recommend anyone thinking of using them to be very careful. I trusted them and was very poorly served by the trust I put in them.

We were very pleased with the finished repair and painting to the rear of our house. The guys were polite & friendly and did an excellent job.

Excellent work from start to finish! Sean and his team are highly professional and provide reliable and clear communications that help you feel supported when you have a query. Mehrdad carried out the renovation work on site to a high standard and would work hard and effectively throughout the day. He also communicated well when there was a build decision to make. The end result was a fabulous bathroom in a short time with minimal inconvenience. Will definitely use them again.

Team did a great job painting two rooms. Fixed holes in walls, took care with furniture. Paint work clean and well done. We’re polite and did the work very quickly.
