Revitalize Property Services

Revitalize Property Services is a plastering business based in Leicester that began in 2024. The founder learned his trade with a local plastering and rendering company and has over 10 years of interior renovation experience. He also managed international golf events while in the United States. The founder is hands-on with every job and sometimes gets help from friends or other skilled tradesmen.

The business provides plastering, renovation and interior finishing services across the Midlands, mainly around Leicestershire. It specialises in skimming, dry lining and plaster repairs. Most work comes from word-of-mouth. It takes on work from home improvements for first-time buyers to renovations for landlords, as well as jobs for friends, family and local businesses. Revitalize Property Services has completed more than 70 projects.

In Leicester, Revitalize Property Services has built a reputation through plastering and dry wall work that various customers describe as finished to a consistently high standard. The recurring praise centres on Joe, whose name appears throughout the feedback, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning his reliability, punctuality and professional manner. Work ranges from boarding and skimming extensions to patching walls after rewiring, plastering whole bathrooms and living rooms, and refurbishing a tired bedroom with damp proofing, insulation, built-in wardrobes and redecoration.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the care taken to protect floors and furniture and to clean up afterwards, leaving rooms tidy. Customers also value the smooth, even finish that dries quickly and needs little sanding before painting, with original features in older properties preserved and curves and details worked around neatly. Panelling, skirting boards and a fireplace media wall show the same attention to detail. Communication before and during jobs is praised, with one client noting that nothing seemed too much trouble and small requests were accommodated. The same craftsman is booked repeatedly for further work, and the neat, polished results have turned rooms into spaces that feel transformed.
