Helpful, knowledgeable staff and an extensive choice of decorating supplies are the themes that surface most often in feedback about this Wolverhampton paint shop. Customers describe a well-established business where wallpaper can be bought off the shelf or ordered from sample books, with a range that spans traditional and contemporary designs. Several reviewers highlight the breadth of paints, including everyday ranges and heritage colours, alongside tools and associated products for both DIY and professional work.

The advice given in store comes in for repeated praise, with employees described as professional, friendly and willing to help customers find exactly what they need. Reasonable prices and competitive rates are mentioned frequently, as is the speed of delivery on orders and the quality of the sundries stocked. A recurring point is the aftersales care, with customers returning over many years to source materials for their jobs. The selection of wallpaper books, which shoppers can browse at leisure before ordering, is singled out as a particular strength, and the shop is seen as somewhere safe and well stocked for completing decorating tasks from start to finish.
