The Lux - Painting, Decorating & Property Maintenance

Full property revamps, exterior house painting, wallpapering and general maintenance make up the core of work carried out by this North End business on Havant Road. Reviews time and again mention a clean, modern finish achieved with careful attention to detail, whether for a single tired room refreshed before a family gathering, a rental turnaround, or repainting an entire house.

Ivo and the wider crew are named as professional, trustworthy and reliable, with projects covering kitchen painting and wood shelving, exterior work, bedroom wallpapering, and garden tasks handled alongside decorating. Clients who have returned for both their own homes and rental properties note consistent standards across different jobs, describing the team as efficient, friendly and quick without cutting corners. Tidiness throughout the works is flagged as a strong point, alongside a smooth, stress-free process from first enquiry through to completion.

The business keeps notably long hours, open seven days from 8am to 7pm except Sundays, suiting those needing evening or weekend availability to discuss or check on progress. Landlords managing rental turnarounds and homeowners preparing for visitors both appear among those leaving feedback, with several describing repeat use after an initial job impressed them. Work referenced spans interior redecoration, exterior repainting and general odd jobs around the North End and Havant Road area.
