Avoid at all costs. Bought 3 cans of paint the same brand and type, but one a different colour. Advised at the time to give the single one a good stir as it may be a bit thinner. Thought this odd, but didn't think much of it. Got home to a bag full of paint - it was so thin that it leaked through the sides. It was like water (emulsion paint). Spoke to dulux who advised it was 6 years old and denatured. Spoke to company who said they have never had this before, which seems odd given previous reviews. I can't share video showing how watery it was. I asked for refund and they gave me a receipt, but didn't ask for a card. It didn't show up as a pending refund so I asked which card it went onto and they said they don't know as they don't store details due to privacy. They spoke to customer services via messaging to ask about the refund and this was the customer service response...... Edit. They later showed me which card payment went onto and I was happy with this. The guy said he didn't know how to do this until shown, but it was my being unreasonable that was the issue (as per pic). Had he have shown me this, only the first half of the review would be needed. Now I'm worried about their attitude as well as their damaged goods.
Avoid at all costs, I ordered some paint, it was really well packaged with bubble wrap, when I opened my parcel, the tin was crushed, this could not have happened it transit so must have been sent out it that condition, they will not give me a refund unless I pay to return it, apparently it is illegal to send paint more than 150mls in the post!
P-177971542. I ordered a couple of samples from 1clickwallpapers as I'm struggling to match patterned wallpaper I already have hung. Sample sizes are very generous and allowed me to decide which paper best matches. Fast delivery too so I won't hesitate to purchase full rolls from them. Thank you
I bought the H66007 Exclusive Flock Havana Black Cream Damask wallpaper from 1Click Wallpapers. Delivery was prompt. The wallpaper is excellent quality with a lovely flocked finish. The colours on the website were accurate. The website is easy to use and has a useful wallpaper calculator. I am pleased with my purchase.
Fantastic service - after failing to find Dulux Barley White at all three of my local big name DIY stores I looked online and found 1Click Wallpapers. Paint arrived perfectly packed a few days later. And the price was well below the competition. Will definitely be using 1Click Wallpapers again.
What brilliant service! I ordered 5L of smooth masonry paint, the next day I ordered another 5L as I realised one can wouldn't be enough. The first can came through - packing slip said smooth, but the paint I received was textured. I emailed and then rang - Sam was absolutely brilliant - he sent out two cans of the smooth masonry paint, it arrived next day. It was just so quick! When I asked about returning the textured paint, he said no, that I should keep it, as a gesture of good will on their part. I was really impressed with the speed of service - would highly recommend this company.
