Full house repaints, hallway and staircase work, and wallpaper hanging on feature walls feature heavily in accounts of this Gleave Crescent business, with a couple of walls plastered ahead of painting on one occasion. Keith is named repeatedly as the tradesman carrying out the jobs, and several clients describe booking him again for further rooms or a second property after an earlier project went well, including landlords arranging work on rental homes alongside their own.

One thing mentioned again and again is the care taken on site, with dust sheets laid down and rooms left clean and tidy on completion, paired with a friendly, easy-going manner that customers say made the process pleasant. Patterned wallpaper has reportedly been hung without trouble despite being described as awkward to work with.

Set against this, one account describes a booked appointment for wallpaper stripping and painting where the tradesman left early on the day without explanation and did not return, leaving the customer without the work completed during the week they had specifically set aside for it. The business advertises long opening hours, running from eight in the morning through the working week and continuously across weekends, which may appeal to those wanting decorating arranged around other commitments in this part of Liverpool's L6 postcode.
