Bagnalls Painting & Decorating Contractors is a family business with over 150 years of experience and has had a presence in Wolverhampton since 1935. The Wolverhampton branch, managed by James Trevalen, who has 15 years in the painting and decorating industry, serves customers across the West Midlands, including manufacturing companies, health trusts and schools. Its specialist teams are accredited experts in painting, decorating and industrial coatings. Clients include Jaguar Land Rover, JCB, Cadbury’s (Kraft Foods) and McCain Foods (G.B.) Ltd. The Wolverhampton team works for healthcare customers such as Shaw Healthcare, St Andrews Healthcare and Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and educational establishments including Aston University, Coventry University and New College Worcester.

Industrial work in Wolverhampton meets the safety and specification requirements of BOC, the National Grid and GKN. The branch refurbished eleven food storage tanks, associated pipework, a pipe bridge and a gantry for Cadbury, and redecorated the Grade-II listed Spring Grove House at West Midlands Safari Park. Bagnalls won the Supreme Winner title at The Painting and Decorating Association (PDA) Premier Trophy Awards 2023 and received its 17th consecutive RoSPA Gold award.

Bagnalls Painting & Decorating Contractors is a painting and decorating contractor working across Wolverhampton from its base in Wombourne. A customer who came to the firm through a personal recommendation describes the service as living up to that introduction, with the decorators acting courteously and respectfully inside the property.

The same account highlights clear communication running through the project and rooms finished to a high standard, alongside a sense that the business takes genuine pride in keeping its clients satisfied. The painting work covered is the central service, and the feedback points to a team that combines considerate behaviour on site with a careful finish.
