Hung Casa Mulberry on a stair wall. Pattern looks amazing but it's an absolute nightmare to hang. Felt like I was fighting the paper most of the time. The joints don't butt up properly, consistently leaving a white line down each one. Likes to tear when trimming or working around a corner. The pattern also keeps running out, one part of the match will be fine, then it's too low, then too high. Just an awful experience. Would not recommend.
I bought 12 rolls of the Belgravia textured grey paper. It was well prepared by my decorators but on over 1 wall- about 13 strips+ - I have lines down all of the joins! The decorators have said that it has nothing to do with their work. B and M refunded the £ for the paper when we took photos in. We phoned their headquarters regarding perhaps an inspection to establish issue/compensation (if paper related). They completely rejected any such intervention! Don't touch this.
Very unhelpful
One of my favorite customers to deliver to! Fast, friendly, and almost never any waiting! Quite easy to get to.
The paper I bought looks very good until you go to put it on and the pattern comes off as soon as you touch it. I was going to order some more for other rooms but seeing what happens to the paper I won't be buying any more
I’m a very unhappy customer I purchased 10 rolls of Belgravia wallpaper 3 for a feature wall and 7 for other walls., the quality of paper is very good. But I had a problem with the shade with one of the rolls although all shades marked as same. It wasn’t noticed till the decorator had put it up. I order grey and 6 out of the 7 were grey but one was silver. I contacted store I purchased it from Home Flair Decor and they passed the buck to Belgravia Decor. But Belgravia Decor passed the buck back to Home Flair Decor. So I am left a very unhappy customer I am out of pocket because I had to pay for decorator to come and remove it and replace . I sent pictures to both companies of paper on wall and paper when removed . No joy .Very unhappy customer
