Shoppers redecorating a first home or picking up supplies for a trade job find the team at this Southsea outlet consistently approachable and well informed. Several reviewers highlight the ability to have paint mixed on site, noting the breadth of colours available and the convenience of gathering everything needed for a project in one place. A detail many reviews return to is the willingness of staff to guide customers through choosing the right paint and products for interior work, including those who are not tradespeople and are working out what a room requires.

The store is described as well stocked, carrying a wide selection of decorating supplies, and several accounts note prompt service delivered in a professional manner. One account notes that when an item was unavailable, staff directed the customer towards another branch rather than leaving the enquiry unresolved. Friendliness runs through the feedback, with customers thanking individual members of the team for their patience and product knowledge.
