Product knowledge and a willingness to assist run through customer accounts of this Swindon paint shop. Named members of staff, among them Sally, Martin and James, are singled out for going out of their way, whether that involves mixing and labelling tester pots for a senior customer, sourcing paint at short notice after another supplier let someone down, or dealing with a faulty Mirka sander. Reviewers frequently point to the depth of advice on decorating products, and queries made by phone are described as answered promptly, including a paint code emailed over when the required item proved hard to find elsewhere.

The breadth of stock is praised as sufficient for most painting and decorating tasks, and attention to detail on small purchases is noted. Counter service is described as friendly and welcoming, with the team staying calm during busy periods. Convenient access and ample parking are mentioned as practical advantages. Confidence in the staff's recommendations brings many customers back for repeat visits, and the personal touch shown by named employees is the most consistent thread.
