York customers repeatedly praise COY Decorators York, with much of the feedback naming Dan personally for the standard of work and the way he handles both painting and papering projects. Several reviewers describe full-house redecorations, including homes that had just been replastered, and report that the finish was consistently high. One thing mentioned again and again is reliability: Dan is described as turning up when promised, working steadily through the job and completing everything on schedule.

Customers also highlight his advice on colour choices and his attention to detail, particularly on kitchens, sitting rooms, hallways, stairs and landings, as well as bedrooms. Value for money is mentioned frequently, with clients calling the pricing reasonable for the quality delivered. Tidiness and communication are recurring themes, both during and after the work.

Reviewers also note his friendly, chatty manner, describing him as professional, creative and genuinely pleasant to have in the home. Several say they have already booked him again for further rooms, and others mention that he transformed spaces they had found difficult, including a job described as a nightmare turned into a beautiful home. The strongest recurring note is trust in his workmanship and willingness to return for repeat decorating jobs.
