Ceilings, rooms and complete renovation projects feature prominently in accounts of this Ipswich-based plasterer's work, with Dean named repeatedly as the tradesman responsible and Ryan often working alongside him. The standard of finish draws consistent praise: plaster that has stayed free of cracks years after application, Artex stripped from ceilings and surfaces left smooth, and jobs requiring no snagging once complete. Timekeeping and reliability are recurring themes, with customers noting that Dean arrives when arranged and maintains contact as work progresses.

Quotations are described as honest and fairly priced, while the team is characterised as polite, friendly and approachable, taking evident pride in the craft. Tidiness also comes up regularly, workspaces being left clean and organised. Communication before and after the job is highlighted, including schedules adjusted around other trades and last-minute additions accommodated. Reviewers observe that Dean applies the same care to large projects and single rooms alike, and many report returning to him over several years or passing his details to others. The careful removal of Artex and the durability of the finished plasterwork emerge as points raised again and again.
