Dean Martins coloured K Rend Specialist and plasterering

Dean Martin & Sons Plastering was established in 1997 and has been plastering since 1988. It is a family-run business serving the Norwich area. The company specialises in all aspects of plastering, including rendering, dry lining and coving. Its clients include private residential and commercial customers, builders, local authorities, landlords and housing associations.

The business is fully insured and fully qualified. It offers K-Rend, a silicone-based alternative to traditional rendering, and uses both traditional and modern skills and techniques. Services include plastering, internal rendering, skimming over Artex, dry lining, repairs, coving, external rendering and coloured K Rend rendering.

Homeowners recovering from difficult experiences with previous tradespeople feature prominently among those leaving feedback for Dean, working from Taverham on the edge of Norwich under the Dean Martins Coloured K Rend Specialist name. Dean, working alongside his son and a colleague named Dan, carries out both internal plastering and coloured K-rendering, with rendering jobs including full bungalow transformations, brick walls incorporating bi-fold windows, and a porch rescued after poor work by an earlier builder.

A point made in several accounts is the high standard of finish achieved on skimmed ceilings, coving after wall removal, and full room renovations, paired with clear communication from the outset of each job. More than one review highlights competitive, fair pricing and a tidy approach that keeps mess to a minimum despite the inherently messy nature of plastering work.

Availability is also praised, with one job squeezed in at short notice just before Christmas to ensure a family were not left without a ceiling in winter. Advice offered during jobs is appreciated by several customers, as is the willingness to return for further phases of larger renovation projects. The business operates long hours every day of the week, from seven in the morning until eight in the evening, covering both internal skimming and exterior rendering across the Norwich area.
