Amazing job done by David and his son. The house hadn’t had a paint for nearly 20 years and David has completely brought it back to life. He sanded everything back, filled in all the gaps, sorted out the faulty guttering and gave it all a good clean out then gave the house the necessary coats of wood stain. I couldn’t be happier with the end product and with David’s professionalism throughout the works. I would highly recommend him for any of your painting jobs and I will certainly be giving him a call for any of my future jobs.

We’re so happy with the work that has been done on our house. The communication has been great all the way through. They have taken great care with all the painting and repairs on the exterior. Our house is wooden and had a lot of leaks and damaged guttering which has all been fixed. The house looks beautiful now and I would use them again and highly recommend them. If you're looking for a painter/decorator who cares as much about the condition and appearance of your property as you do, then David and his colleagues are your men. During the renovation and painting of the exterior of our house in Bournville, there was none of the stress that usually accompanies such projects because we soon realised that David was more meticulous and trustworthy than we could have hoped. After we'd been let down by another company, I got in touch with DLG at the beginning of September 2024. Despite being booked up until the following August, he immediately made some repairs to our windows to prevent them from deteriorating further in the meantime. When David returned in August, his work ethic and eye for detail was again in evidence. Among many improvements, he made sure that all our sash windows, previously painted shut, could once again be opened; he replaced the beading in many places, even where we hadn't noticed it was necessary; and he ensured that our gutters, hoppers and downpipes will channel the rainwater more effectively. Finally, it was also refreshing not to be badgered to pay invoices prematurely. As you can probably tell, we're very pleased with the outcome and have absolutely no qualms about recommending DLG. Even if their quote comes in a little higher than some others, choosing them is entirely justified by the time and worry you'll avoid.

I can’t recommend DLG painting enough. From the initial quote to turning up to do the job every interaction has been positive. Arrived when he said he would, did a very tidy and clean job, above and beyond what was originally asked.
