I am so glad to read all the 5 star reviews of this company. I wish I could say the same. I hate giving bad reviews,I really do, but found nothing but frustration dealing with them. I found an advert in a magazine, contacted them, and arranged a visit. Eventually I had a quote which seemed expensive, but we decided to go ahead. Waited weeks, no response,so I eventually rang the shop. The lady apologised and said how busy they were. Fair enough, it's a good sign. She said she would speak to her husband. Again a lengthy wait. I filled in a form online agreeing to the job, again no response. I gave up in the end, they never resonded to my email.

"Over the years we have used various decorators but Drew Decorators are in a different league. From initial discussions it was clear that their attention to detail was impressive. We decided to re-decorate our kitchen and were given explicit details regarding the cost and materials provided. It was definitely great value for money. The preparation alone took over a day and this ensured that the finish was perfect. Throughout the work, everything was cleaned and at the end of the process the room was left immaculately clean ready for our use. I cannot praise the company enough and have already booked them for another room. If you want true professionalism, don't go anywhere else.

I initially used Drew Decorators to wallpaper my hallway, staircase and landing. I was particularly impressed that they offered an interior design service of which Suzanne excelled showing me numerous options for the wallpaper and complementary paint colours. When Richard and his team were undertaking the work, they were extremely thorough and professional, taking great care to protect carpets, and to prepare the walls which were not in great condition. The work was completed within the advised time scale and was that good that I then decided to have all other rooms decorated in my house. Again, the work was first class and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Drew Decorators.

Our kitchen was repainted including 4 doors. The approach from the outset is professional and friendly. The details provided at estimate stage surpassed all the decorators we have used previously. The attention to preparation work was outstanding. Sam arrived on time each day and worked diligently, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result and would have no hesitation in using Drew Decor again. I recommend them unreservedly.

We are so pleased to have used Drew Decor for our downstairs renovation. Even though the project ended up being trickier than initially anticipated and took longer, Drew saw it through to completion. Even with extra trades needing to come in at the last minute and some tight deadlines, the quality of the craftsmanship is brilliant and we're very happy with the results. We also really appreciated their considered advice on the colours we'd picked, their suggestions helped make the place even better.

We used Drew Decor to do a feature wall with MOOOI wallpaper in our open plan kitchen and we are over the moon with the results.
