Denis Maloney is a very professional tradesman. He did a great job plastering my ceiling. He arrived on time and finished the job when he said he would and left my home clean and tidy. I will recommend to any of my friends requiring an excellent plasterer.

I have a flat in Edinburgh and the letting agent informed me of cracks in the ceilings. The agent sourced two separate quotes for repair work and the prices were over £5000 (yes!) apart. I decided to contact these guys based on a recommendation from a friend. They were friendly and no-nonsense and liaised with my tenant to review the situation. Their assessment was that the cracks were just common or garden ceiling cracks you get in all properties over time and that there was no bigger issue. They said a decorator could do the repairs if needed, so didn't even provide a quote to do the work themselves. I felt much reassured and was very grateful to finally get an honest assessment, which essentially amounted to free advice from an expert! Obviously I can't comment on the plastering or tiling, but if you want a straight up and honest quote from someone who knows their trade, I'd go for these folk.

Dennis was really helpful and considerate. He gave me all the information about the works and a fair price. He also cleaned up everything after he was done! It was such a pleasant surprise.
