G.R.BROWN PLASTERING

Punctuality, cleanliness and a high standard of finish are the themes that run through the feedback for this Portsmouth plastering business. Graham, whose name appears in the accounts, is described as arriving when promised and leaving the site tidy afterwards, with the quality of the completed work praised consistently. Several customers note the helpful advice offered during the job, including guidance on how the rooms should then be decorated once the plastering was done.

A long-standing client of more than two decades mentions being kept informed and charged a fair price, while another speaks of the friendly manner and the willingness to fit in further work despite a busy schedule. Repeat business comes up as a marker of satisfaction, with one householder stating they would not hesitate to book again and wait as long as necessary for availability. The aftercare and the straightforward way of working are singled out as much as the finished surfaces themselves, and the same names and properties feature across separate jobs, suggesting a settled local reputation built on careful preparation and a clean handover.
