Painting and interior decorating across Norwich homes and commercial premises are the services customers describe most often, with the standard of the final finish being the theme that recurs throughout feedback. Reviews time and again mention punctuality, teams arriving when agreed and working efficiently around clients' schedules. Preparation is a point that comes up often, from filling and smoothing patchy walls before painting to careful masking before spraying. Spraying features prominently in accounts of the work: kitchen units, UPVC doors and windows, and a garage door have all been resprayed and described as looking new, with colour matching noted.

Gytis is named in feedback as polite, knowledgeable and professional, and his tidiness after each day's work is praised. Office repainting also appears, with disruption kept to a minimum and the workspace left clean. Customers describe clear communication, confirmation by email and straightforward invoicing, along with fair pricing for the standard of work delivered. Finishing details on a listed property and surfaces prepared after replastering are singled out, as is the care taken to protect floors and furniture while work is under way.
