Gemma Cossey, Norwich Painter & Decorator

Norwich customers of Gemma Cossey describe a decorator who works consistently to high standards, with several reviewers repeatedly praising the quality of the finish. Bedrooms, lounges and flats feature in the accounts, including a complex lounge where dark walls had to be covered and new built-in bookshelves worked around; the result was described as delightful. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is reliability, with one long-standing client noting that Gemma has worked for them on numerous occasions and is both friendly and dependable.

Her advice and expertise are reflected in mentions of plastering as well as painting, and the restoration of a church hall forms part of the work described by reviewers. Communication, punctuality and tidiness are recurring themes in the feedback, and the standard of the completed work is repeatedly linked to the care taken during the job. Reviewers also comment on how hard she works and how straightforward the process felt from start to finish, whether the task was a single room or a whole flat. The same names appear across the accounts, showing that clients return for further projects and bring her back for additional rooms and buildings.
