GJS Decor

We’ve just had Gareth complete some decorating work for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. His prices were very competitive, but what really stood out was the exceptional standard of his work. Gareth offered great advice whenever we needed it, helping us make the right decisions throughout the job. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and his attention to detail was second to none. He was also incredibly clean and tidy—we genuinely wouldn’t have known he’d been there at the end of each day! Gareth is professional, reliable, and takes real pride in his work. We’ll definitely be using him again in the future and have already recommended him to friends and family. Top-class service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Gareth and Gary painted the front of our house and front door today. We are very pleased with the results. The quality of the finish is fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and kept everything tidy, clearly taking pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GJS Decor to anyone looking for a reliable decorator.

Gareth is an excellent decorator. Very trustworthy and reliable and charges very fair price for his expertise. He did a great job and we would recommend him unreservedly to all our friends.

Outstanding service..! Not the first time Gareth and his paintbrush have visited my home and it will not be the last. My living room, stairway and landing have been painted flawlessly and I’m chuffed to bits with it. I’ve gone for colour-bombing the room to match walls and ceilings to newly fitted furniture and it’s perfect. Also have added a bold feature wall which again, is the colour I wanted and he managed to deliver exactly what was in my head. Don’t be put off by a bit of a wait for dates; decent decorators are never available straight away….thank you..!

Gareth worked in our home for a fortnight and was an absolute pleasure to have here! He is very personable, polite and extremely professional plus very punctual. He worked extremely hard, not just decorating but 'putting right' the mistakes of others - especially with regard to some disappointing plastering work on our large media wall. He also made a wonderful job of painting - and rejuvenating - two big ceilings for us. We have booked him again next month for two bedrooms and would have absolutely no hesitation about recommending him and his work. Thank you, Gareth!

What an amazing job from start to finish. Got to be the best decorator in the North East. His work is first class. He is punctual, tidy, works hard and his finish is perfect. Cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Gareth for doing a brilliant job, we are over the moon 😊

absolutely fantastic service from start to finish with Gareth, any painting / decorating that needs doing on our bathroom renovations he’s the man for the job. Finishes off our projects perfectly whilst being polite with our customers and other tradesmen. Couldn’t recommend enough.
