Landlords, letting agents and serviced accommodation operators feature prominently among the clients praising this Kenyon Lane based team, alongside domestic households and at least one school with an assembly hall repainted. Andrew is named repeatedly as the main point of contact, with reviewers describing a family run operation used by some clients for several years running. Reliability around scheduling comes up often, particularly from a serviced accommodation business needing quick turnarounds between guest bookings, as well as from neighbours who arranged exterior painting together and were pleased with the consistency of finish across properties.

Tidiness is mentioned frequently, with reviewers noting little to no mess left behind after both interior and exterior jobs. Pricing is described as fair and reasonable across several reviews, a point that comes up often alongside praise for punctuality and clean working practices. Communication throughout projects is highlighted as clear, with updates provided as work progressed. Exterior paintwork on houses is specifically praised for holding up well and being delivered to a high standard. Working hours run from eight until five every day of the week, offering flexibility for arranging site visits or handovers between tenancies for landlord clients managing multiple properties.
