Jonathan Boulton Plastering

Jonathan Boulton Plastering is a locally owned and operated business. It serves Sunderland, South Shields, Boldon, and Tyne and Wear. The company serves homeowners, landlords, and businesses. It offers plastering, rendering, and damp proofing services.

Jonathan Boulton Plastering has built a substantial body of feedback from clients across Sunderland and Whitburn, with work spanning full house replastering, kitchen and bedroom ceilings, rendering, and reboarding projects. Communication is raised repeatedly, with several clients describing being kept informed of progress and, where a scheduling change was needed, given advance notice and a rearranged appointment at their convenience.

Reviewers frequently mention a calm, professional manner on site paired with clean working habits, and more than one account describes advice being given on the right approach for a particular room before work began. One client needed several rooms and a hallway finished ahead of a Christmas deadline and noted evening and weekend hours being worked to meet it, while another mentioned awareness of weather conditions affecting outdoor rendering and being updated accordingly.

Attention to detail is highlighted alongside the overall finish, with clients describing consistently high standards maintained across both small single-room jobs and full-house contracts following work such as rewiring. Quotes are described as being honoured once agreed, and follow-up contact after completion is mentioned by at least one household checking on satisfaction weeks later. The business operates weekday mornings and afternoons from its Wellands Lane base in Whitburn, with weekends kept free under normal circumstances.
