Crack filling and seamless caulking of skirting boards feature in the single detailed account of work carried out by JS Decorating, based on Crescent Road in Whittlesey. The review describes preparation and painting undertaken in a forty-year-old home, with particular attention paid to filling cracks in ceilings and walls before finishing. Skirting boards were caulked so that joins became invisible, suggesting a careful approach to detail rather than a quick cosmetic job.

The reviewer also described Jon as personable to deal with during the work. The business operates early hours on weekdays, opening from half past six in the morning until seven in the evening, with shorter Saturday hours from eight until five and no Sunday trading, which may suit customers wanting early starts before work or school commitments.
