KO Decorating Limited

KO Decorating Limited is a painting and decorating company based in Luton. It provides painting, decorating and refurbishment services for residential, commercial and industrial properties. The company specialises in advanced and protective coating systems and offers specialist paint and coating solutions. It states it is fully insured.

KO Decorating has worked with London Luton Airport, including high-level works in the departure lounge, and with Berkeley Group. It has an ongoing working partnership with Maplebrooke. On commercial and industrial projects, it follows a structured approach with detailed preparation, experienced supervision and quality control processes.

Painting and papering for both commercial and domestic properties make up the bulk of the work reviewers describe for KO Decorating Limited, based on Hillcrest Avenue in Luton. Repeat custom is a recurring theme, with one client noting they would use no other painting firm after several projects spanning different types of property. A wallpapering job on a staircase is also mentioned, described as smart and well finished, aside from a small snag near a window that was resolved independently afterwards.

Staff members Lewis and John are named directly, praised for their work across a full house and credited with spotting substandard plastering left by an earlier contractor, raising the issue before starting so it could be corrected in advance. Reviewers describe the pair as skilled and pleasant to deal with, producing results that led to immediate recommendations.

Neatness and a professional approach on site are noted alongside the standard of the finished work. The business operates every day of the week without restricted hours, which suits the mix of commercial, domestic and industrial projects reviewers describe. Across the feedback, trust built through repeated bookings stands out more than one-off praise, with clients returning specifically because earlier painting and wallpapering work had met their expectations.
