L&B painters and decorators

Absolutely brilliant - highly recommend. L&B painters and decorators did a fantastic job decorating my flat. They arrived on time every day, were polite, tidy and took great care with everything. The finish is flawless, they stuck to the quote and finish exactly when promised. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We can't recommend Mark and his team highly enough. Mark was so easy to communicate with and kept everything on track from start to finish. The results speak for themselves - our whole house was decorated top to bottom in just two weeks. That kind of turnaround meant we could move into our new home so much sooner than we expected. Professional, reliable, and genuinely took the stress out of the process. Highly recommend!

Truly AWFUL experience ( see pictures attached). Really disappointed with the quality of the work on my bay window and horrendous customer service. They were aggressive, confrontational and did poor quality work. Would avoid at all costs Summary: - felt pressured to pay for the full job on day of completion despite not being around to check the work. Because “the boys wanted to be paid on the day so they could go out at the weekend” - awful job on the bay window. Streaky paint. No clean lines. Painted over my window and when challenged they told me “it was there before and we just painted straight over it”. A proper landlord special. - they told me they would come back to fix the job and scraped the paint off the windows with a blade. I later noticed that they had SCRATCHED my windows!! - when I confronted them, they went instantly aggressive. Accused me of trying to con them (despite having paid in full already!) and then accused ME of scratching my own windows and trying to blame it on them! Genuinely shocking. I have never been spoken to like that in my life. - never came back to finish the job or rectify the poor quality work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just finished work on my house. Started with a quote for stairs so I could get carpet fitted, but their quote for painting the front back and side of my house and bits of pointing was competitive so I was able to get everything I needed in one job! Neat efficient, clean, tidy and polite. Managed to save my wooden windows and trim avoiding the need for replacements! Very happy with quality of work and time scales, getting complements already.

Mark an the guys did a great job on my mum's bungalow; whole place including ceilings, walls, woodwork and radiators in a few days flat. Professional and good quality finish. So good in fact I'm getting them to paint my house next!

Brilliant job over two days with these guys. Mark and Ste were super efficient and great with communication and any updates I needed. Pleasure to have them in the house and really considerate with my belongings. Happy to recommend them!
