Matt East Painting & Decorating

Homeowners repeatedly turning to this Monkston-based tradesman for repeat projects feature strongly in feedback, with several clients describing using Matt across multiple rooms of the same property over time, including staircases, hallways, kitchens and ensuites. Work covers both painting and plastering, with ceiling plastering in bedrooms and ensuites mentioned alongside full decoration of kitchens following installation by a separate kitchen fitter. Reviewers often mention tidiness during the job, describing work areas cleaned and cleared before he leaves each day, and a friendly, attentive manner while working.

Quotes are said to be provided quickly, with arrangements made to suit the client's schedule, and more than one reviewer highlights good value for the standard of finish achieved. Woodwork and paintwork are both mentioned as looking new once finished, and clients describe being confident enough in the results to invite him back for further rooms. The business is based in Parkminster, Monkston, and keeps early weekday hours from around 8am, with a shorter Friday finish at 3pm and Saturday mornings available until midday, useful for those wanting work scheduled around a working week.
