James was brilliant throughout the job, he came out to quote promptly, and then more than met our expectations. The outside of our house now looks a million times better.

Amateurish and dishonest James and his team came to my property to refresh the lounge and the hall, stairs and landing. I was given great assurances around the high standard of work that I would be receiving but unfortunately it fell short. There are too many issues with their work to explain but their biggest failing was when protecting my feature walls, they used the incorrect tape and when they removed the protective sheets, they damaged the wallpaper. Fortunately, I had some of the wallpaper available and they replaced the badly damaged area but then managed to cause more damage but did not tell me. Instead, they took the time to strip the back off a piece of wallpaper and cover the said damage so that they could be paid. Unfortunately for them when it dried it fell off. James was supposed to be returning in the new year as there were a few bits that he knew needed addressing but when I sent him the pictures advising him if he wasn’t prepared to fix the issues properly not to return …………. he didn’t. They managed to damage the blinds, get paint on the carpet, doors and furniture and generally cause more issues than when they started. They may be good at painting the outside of a property, but interiors are definitely not their forte.

We had James and his team out to redocorate our hall, stairs and landing. Too big a job for us to do with lots of cracks, blown paster, suspicious coving etc. James talked through the options thoroughly and was open about the unknowns of the job. We had a long lead time before the start but the team turned up on the date agreed about three months previously and worked hard to get the job done in a week. They worked around our timetable with a young child in the house, and were friendly and professional throughout. End result is excellent, very tidy finish, looks like a new house. Can highly recommend.
