I originally came across O and S Paint & Wallpaper Shop because of its five star Google rating. Even though I’ve lived near Melton Road for a while, I had never noticed it before. I first visited to pick up some samples and was genuinely impressed from the start. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. I left with a range of samples and a very positive impression, which is why I returned a couple of months later when we were ready to start wallpapering the house. On my return, I purchased the wallpaper and was given a recommendation for a specific type of wallpaper paste to use. This advice was really appreciated and proved to be spot on. Communication is also excellent. I was able to contact the store via WhatsApp to ask questions about the wallpaper and opening times, and always received helpful and reliable responses. The person I dealt with was very dependable and made the whole process smooth and easy. We even had some wallpaper rolls left over, which we were able to return without any issues at all, making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this shop not only for the excellent service but also for the quality of the products. If I ever need wallpaper again or know someone in the area who does, this will definitely be the place I recommend.
