I wanted to leave a heartfelt review for Amir and his brother after all the work they carried out in my home. From the very beginning, my experience with them was positive. When I first contacted Amir, he was polite, respectful, approachable, and took the time to explain things properly rather than rushing me into decisions. Throughout the process, communication remained clear and professional, which I appreciated greatly whilst managing a lot personally at the same time. The project itself involved a significant amount of preparation and restoration work throughout the house, including filling, sanding, preparing walls and woodwork, painting, touch-ups, wallpapering, and general finishing work. From start to finish, it was clear that a lot of time, effort, and physical hard work went into the property behind the scenes before the final results could even be seen. What I appreciated most was that they genuinely seemed to care about completing the work properly rather than simply rushing through the job. They often explained why certain preparation work was important, and the amount of effort put into getting surfaces smooth and ready before painting was very noticeable. Another thing that stood out to me was the pride they took in their work and in helping bring the house back to life. It genuinely felt like they cared about the final outcome rather than simply finishing the job quickly. Throughout the project, there were naturally some unexpected delays and issues that arose, which is normal during home renovations, but Amir and his brother remained patient, hardworking, and committed to helping get things completed. They also tried their best to accommodate changes and work around different situations as they came up, which I appreciated. The transformation in the house has been amazing, alhamdulillah. The property feels much brighter, fresher, and more looked after as a result of their work. Another thing I appreciated was their honesty and communication. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they took the time to explain things clearly and respectfully. They were always polite in their manner and showed care and respect towards my home while carrying out the work. It’s not always easy finding tradesmen you feel comfortable trusting inside your property, especially during stressful renovations, but Amir and his brother gave me reassurance through their professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me and my family, and I wish them both continued success in their work and business. I had a great experience with PaintKing UK, especially Amir. I called him last minute as I needed the work done the same day, and he managed to fit me in despite having another job. He came in the evening and started straight away. From the moment he began, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He properly sanded the walls, smoothing out all the uneven areas from the previous paint job and creating a solid base before painting. The finish turned out clean, smooth, and very professional. He worked neatly with no mess left behind and completed everything quickly without cutting corners.
