I contacted Usie to get my new flat painted and I couldn't be happier. The job included wallpaper removal and colour painting. He was incredibly quick and amazing, and very cheap too! He left the place incredibly clean and did an amazing job, also fixing a few issues here and there. He was super kind and helped with the choice of paint. I absolutely recommend him, you won't be disappointed!

A very mixed experience with Paintwaller Ltd. Usie was very helpful initially, assisting us to choose the right paint finish and kindly purchasing it for us before the job. He was also polite throughout, even during difficult conversations at the end. However, we found their timekeeping to be terrible and they regularly turned up hours late or left for long periods during the day. This led to our job overrunning and ultimately not being completed. If they were working two jobs we wouldn’t have minded if they had been honest about it, but we were consistently promised things that didn’t transpire. Some areas were finished well but others were really disappointing and we have spent hours of our own time touching up and cleaning paint off of tiles, windows, floors, door furniture etc. Additionally our bathroom was painted in the wrong finish meaning that it will need redoing. We have since reached an agreement in terms of the invoice to reflect the work but we would have rather paid in full and not had the stress and upset that the entire situation has caused. We hope that this was a one-off, however as we chose Paintwaller Ltd based on their reviews, felt that it would be neglectful not to reflect our experience.

Usie is highly recommended to do a great job and do it within the timeframe expected. Good communication and sent a full report showing detailed photos of all the work. Will definitely be using PaintWaller for any further decoration needs.

Usie is an outstanding painter. Have had some bad experiences recently with other painters but his work was first class. He is meticulous with his preparation which meant he kept all of our wooden floors save from splashes across all 7 rooms he did. He was really flexible with the hours he worked, even evenings and weekends. A really nice guy as well, very trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend
