Services provided include skimming, dry lining, dot and dabbing, floating, and plaster repairs. A customer review mentions Niall as the person they chose.

In Eccles and the surrounding parts of Manchester, Platinum Plastering has built a reputation through word of mouth, and the feedback from fifteen customers centres on the quality of the finish and the conduct of the team. Niall is named repeatedly, with reviewers describing him as professional, honest and easy to deal with, and his team are praised for being reliable and punctual.

More than one customer describes the plastering as neat and tidy, with one noting that a repaired ceiling was so clean that no redecorating was needed afterwards. The range of work includes skimming whole houses after rewiring, plastering hall, stairs and landing walls, replastering ceilings, and tackling complex jobs such as curved ceilings, awkward beams and textured surfaces.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the clear quoting and fair pricing, with full quotes provided and advice offered before work began. Communication is highlighted both during and after the job, including answering follow-up questions once the work was complete. Reviewers also mention that the team left the property clean and tidy and were happy to take on extra bits outside the original scope, and the standard of the finish is what customers return to again and again.
