Polar Rendering Ltd

First class job from start to finish. A highly professional approach, bringing technical consultants from suppliers PRB Systems to ensure the correct breathable products and external wall insulation appropriate for damaged stone walls. Kevin and Nathan took no risks, following the complicated specifications exactly. This has effectively repaired the damage from previous cement render but also delivered an incredible finish which has transformed the house exterior. Every window, door and patio space was taped over to avoid any mess. I have no hesitation in recommending Polar Rendering. if you want the job done properly with peace of mind, these are the guys to engage. See the before during and after photos.

Polar Rendering were outstanding - from survey to quote, to prep, to finish. They also had to liaise with roofers and did all they could to be helpful. Kev and Nathan also worked around some difficult weather conditions - too wet, followed by too hot, but got what they could done in the early mornings to make sure the whole job finished on time. The quality of the work was great and they were a pleasure to have at the house everyday. The prep work involved meticulously applied mesh and base coats, and they advised on things like gutters and other fixings that we hadn’t thought about. They took great care of all our windows and doors and covered everything so carefully, and took care and time in the clean up so that the final result was spot on. We went with Ton Pierre PRB, and am very pleased with the overall look. We researched other systems and had other quotes, but am so glad we went with Polar rendering. We totally recommend them and our neighbour has already approached for a quote.

We found out about Polar Rendering when we asked our neighbour up the road who rendered their house so impressively. That was exactly the look we were going for ourselves. Kevin and Nathan delivered and now we too live in shiny house! All work was carried out smoothly, to a high standard and within the time frame they had given us. Great care was taken to tape everything off thoroughly and Kevin and Nathan also made sure to tidy up after themselves. We recommend them highly.

After the render blew off our house at the start of the year we knew it needed stripping back and redoing. Kev and Nathan have done such a fantastic job and the house looks brand new now. They made every effort to keep the mess down and the work was done at an incredible pace. They made sure they had properly masked areas of the house before applying the final coat to prevent any over spray and it looks amazing. A definite 6 out of 5 star review and would recommend Polar to anyone looking to have their house rendered.

After seeing all of the amazing reviews of this company I contacted them regarding getting an outside wall rendered. Kevin phoned me back immediately and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He fitted us in so quickly and had the job done in two days! From start to finish their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone!

A fantastic job from Kevin and Nathan. The render on my house was a complete mess with cracks and rusty corners. Kevin and Nathans excellent attention to detail, and very professional attitudes have transformed it. They have left the site clean and tidy and of course the rendering looks great. Kevin even came back after the scaffolding came down to move back pots and finish clearing up the bits left by the scaffolders.

Polar Rendering completed our project in Sept 23. It was a great job, completed quickly and efficiently. Great outcome as you can see from the picture. Would definitely use again, and recommend (and have since).
