Richie and his father in law made a lovely job of painting the outside of our house and they were a delight to deal with. Punctual and hard working, they were reliable and even willing to use our own linseed oil paint even though they had not tried it before. Highly recommended.

Richie did an excellent job painting the exterior woodwork on our house, including the windows, downpipes, eaves, and fascias. It was a challenging project, but he handled it with ease and professionalism. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the finish was outstanding throughout. Richie was polite, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile—nothing was too much trouble for him. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled painter.

Richie decorated our entire living room/dining area and upstairs in late 2024. It was quite a big area which I had tackled some years before but was going to prove too much for me now. We also had a wallpapered feature wall in the living room which had become really dated. Another painter had told us it would be problematic to cover but when we spoke to Richie he said it wasn't a problem at all and managed to cover it really easily. We were so pleased with the end result which Richie managed to complete in two days. At all times he was polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful with his advice and recommendations on things like paint colours and finishes as we weren't sure what to go for. We eventually opted for Dulux Natural Hessian Easicare Matt throughout and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Richie had also quoted to paint the exterior walls front and rear and had planned to do it at the same time, however due to the weather we agreed that he would come back in the Spring of 2025 to do that work. This also turned out great and was done in May 2025. We were so glad that we got Richie to do this work for us and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Richie and colleague painted our very high vaulted living room ceiling and clear stained it,s exposed beams. They arrived bang on time each day, carefully protecting everything then went on to do a magnificent job. Left space spotless.Very pleasant and respectful hard working people who we do not hesitate to recommend. Also gave valuable professional advice and suggestions enabling us to complete our project

Just had our living, room, kitchen, halls and bedrooms painted by Richie and we’re so happy with the end result! Our walls look brand new and the job was completed on time and there was absolutely no mess. We will definitely go with Richie for any painting jobs again, I’d recommend him for all your painting needs.
