Richmond Plastering

Richmond Plastering is a plastering contractor based in London. It was one of the 2023 winners of the SME Greater London Enterprise Awards. The company works on residential and commercial projects, as well as new builds and refurbishments.

Its services include float & set, skimming, dry lining, internal rendering, external rendering, internal wall insulation systems, external wall insulation and silicone render systems, and soundproofing. Richmond Plastering serves Kensington, Notting Hill, Fulham, Chelsea, Shepherds Bush and Greater London. It offers a free, no-obligation consultation.

Households across west London have called on Richmond Plastering for substantial replastering during renovations, including rooms being prepared for elderly relatives and urgent work at a rental property. Alix and Alister are named repeatedly, with customers describing both as a pleasure to deal with, courteous, friendly and trustworthy throughout. Reviewers repeatedly mention the standard of workmanship, calling the finish smooth, meticulous and accurate, whether a full house is being replastered or a single ceiling, bedroom or a few smaller areas are skimmed. Reliability comes up often: the team does exactly what was promised and arrives when expected.

Tidiness is another recurring point, with rooms cleared and belongings put back afterwards, leaving the site clean and the work neat. Several buyers describe the pricing as fair for the area and on the button, and communication is praised before and during the job. The service is also described as professional and honest, with no fuss around the practical side of the work. From re-skimming ceilings and walls to larger replastering projects, the same themes return: careful preparation, a clean finish and a straightforward, friendly approach that customers say they would use again.
