RMH Plastering

RMH Plastering is a plastering business directed by Rob Hall, with over 20 years of experience in the trade. It is based in Totton, Southampton, and is fully insured. The company is certified for the Thistle Pro Range and is highly rated on Google and Checkatrade. It serves Southampton, The New Forest, Hampshire, and surrounding areas.

RMH Plastering offers plastering, rendering, and decorating services, including specialist lime plastering for period and traditional properties. It also undertakes insurance work. The company works with reliable tradesmen, including bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

Households and renovation projects across Southampton turn to RMH Plastering for plastering, rendering and decorating, and the feedback returns again and again to the same strengths. Rob, who leads the work, is described as quick to respond to enquiries, prompt in visiting to assess a job and clear when setting out the different ways it could be tackled. Reviews time and again mention that quotes were explained openly and priced reasonably, which made choosing the firm straightforward. Punctuality comes up constantly, with early starts, full working days and completion inside the agreed timeframe, alongside protection of floors and a tidy clean-up each evening.

The services described include hardwall plastering, float and set finishes, plasterboarding of walls and ceilings, sound block boarding, skim coats, intumescent mastic and external rendering, including the removal and replacement of poorly applied render. Customers also note how unforeseen difficulties were talked through and resolved without pushing the schedule back, and Dwyane is named alongside Rob as part of the team. The advice given, the additional small repairs taken on without fuss and the standard of the finished walls and ceilings all stand out, with plastering and rendering work the firm is asked to repeat.
