Smart Decoration Ltd

Smart Decoration Ltd is a painters and decorators company based in Birmingham. It serves clients across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The company is fully insured. Its team has years of experience working on residential and commercial projects, and also has years of experience across London. Smart Decoration Ltd provides painting and decorating services for homes, offices, and commercial spaces. It offers colour consultation and complete design transformations.

Painting, wallpapering and refurbishment work for homes and rental properties form the core of Smart Decoration Ltd's output, with accounts describing rooms and houses restored after several years of use. Customers writing about their orders describe the standard of finish and the pace at which jobs were completed, together with pricing they regard as reasonable. Reliability is a recurring theme, the team attending on the days agreed and working methodically rather than hurrying. Tidiness also features frequently, coverings and sheets protecting surfaces throughout and the property left clean after each visit.

A number of reviews mention communication, including updates provided as a project progressed and answers given promptly. The workmanship is characterised as careful and thorough, with small details noticed and dealt with before handover. Wallpaper application is singled out for its neatness, and the same attention is reported on larger refurbishment projects. No individual staff member is identified by name, but the team as a whole is described as approachable and prepared to do more than was asked. A final point that comes up often is that tasks were seen through to completion without shortcuts, leaving premises ready to rent out or live in again.
