Householders and commercial clients in Swansea have commissioned this firm for projects ranging from a full apartment repaint and a 1930s house to office reinstatement and the stripping of wallpaper from a three-bedroom home. Across those jobs, customers writing about their orders describe the team as professional, efficient and highly competent, with punctuality and a willingness to work within the agreed timeframe coming up repeatedly. Jake is named often as the point of contact who identifies problem areas and resolves them, and Ed attracts particular mention for attention to detail and evident pride in his work, while Kieron is remembered as a considerate presence in occupied properties.

A number of reviews mention a clean, high-standard finish on walls, ceilings, staircases and extensions, including a staircase that required both painting and staining. Water damage was diagnosed and dealt with efficiently, and the price for that work was described as fair and competitive. Communication through each stage is another recurring theme, as is the supportive manner in which unexpected building defects were handled. Repeat bookings and referrals to others are frequently cited, alongside a can-do approach that customers associate with the team going the extra mile.
